At Raymond James Stadium, the WOD Wars staff experience is truly one of a kind. From private field access through the same tunnels NFL teams use to our air-conditioned VIP staff suite, we go above and beyond to make sure our team feels valued and appreciated every step of the way.
What to Expect as Part of the Team
Staff VIP Experience:
Enjoy exclusive WOD Wars staff gear, access to a private VIP suite for breaks and prep, and a behind-the-scenes view of one of the biggest fitness festivals in the nation.
Catered Meals & Refreshments:
Stay fueled and refreshed throughout the day with complimentary meals, snacks, and drinks provided to all staff members.
Specialized Teams:
Each staff member joins a focused team — led by an experienced team leader — ensuring clear communication, defined roles, and smooth event operations from start to finish.
Fun, Energy & Community:
At WOD Wars, we believe the staff experience should be just as exciting as the competition itself. Our leadership team is dedicated to creating a fun, positive, and supportive environment, which is why so many of our staff come back year after year.
Team Roles Available
- Event Judges: Oversee athlete performance, scoring, and event standards.
- Equipment Team: Set up, organize, and swap equipment throughout the competition.
- Athlete & Venue Control: Manage athlete flow, attendee access, and key event areas.
- Medical Team (Credential Required): Provide on-site medical support and handle various medical issues or emergencies. Certified professionals only (e.g., EMT, paramedic, nurse, or licensed medical personnel).
